For your convenience we accept online payments through our website. Online payments are subject to a $2.00 convenience fee per transaction. Rent is due on the first of each month. Tenants with a balance on their account after the third of each month, are subject to a $50 late fee with an additional daily charge. Any amounts not paid by the 11th of each month may be subject to eviction. Tenants shoud understand that the office may not waive late fees for any circumstances, however fees may be reduced if you contact the office prior to the due date. Please note: we do not accept payments for security deposit or application fee with credit card. These payments must be made using cash, money order or check.
