All propspective applicants must fill out an application form and pay the required $30 application fee. Applicants must provide two forms of identifications. Non-US Citizens will be requred to fill out a supplemental application for Non-US citizens and provide documentation of legal status. Prior to move in tenants must pay all security deposits, application fees and required rents before keys will be issued.
