Wenaco Management is a locally owned and operated company specializing in real estate investments and property management in the Denton Texas area. Currently Wenaco owns and self manages each of our properties, as a result, we take great pride in providing quality service to our commercial and residential tenants. Our particular style of personalized management has allowed us to establish an excellent reputation among our tenants, whom often refer us to friends and acquaintances for rental properties, as well as seek out our additional properties, when size or space issues become a concern. We feel that our prompt response to maintenance, safety and comfort issues, as well as personalized local service is important to successful management of properties. Meet the Team:

Mark Withers - Property Management Coordinator
Mark brings over ten years property management experience in residential and multifamily leasing to the company. Currently Mark handles the day to day management of the properties, including contractor management for repairs/improvements and tenant relations/leasing. Mark has extensive knowledge of local fire health and safety regulations, and works to ensure that all properties are clean, healthy and safe living environments for tenants. Mark has also worked with local city officials to provide section 8 housing for eligible tenants. In addition he researches and develops marketing plans and strategies for property acquisition. Mark has resided in the North Texas community since 1978. He is familiar to many within the community and brings an excellent reputation to the company and is an alumnus of the University of North Texas.

Tom Monaco – Business and Investment Strategist
Tom brings over 15 years of successful business and investing experience to the company. Tom has over five years experience in the real estate investing/leasing field and over 15 years business experience in the high-tech telecommunications industry. His background in corporate sales, marketing and engineering brings valuable resources to the company, by providing business planning strategy, relationship and partnering skills and transactional experience. In addition Tom is vital to property acquisitions, serving as financial coordinator and advisor to the corporation, and is responsible for extended research of available properties and proforma analysis. Currently residing in California, Tom was previously a resident of Addison, TX, and has done business in the state of Texas for the previous 8 years. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.

 

Wendy Soule- Withers – Manager of Business Operations
Wendy has over five years experience in real estate investing/management experience. She has served as the City Secretary and Assistant Town Secretary for two local North Texas communities for more than ten years. She currently holds a Texas Registered Municipal Clerks certification. Her employment experience has provided her with an extensive knowledge of planning and zoning regulations, building regulations, legal interpretations of local city ordinances and state statues and important contacts within the government structure in addition to serving as Treasurer for the municipality which requires the oversight of a million dollar plus budget, accounts payable and receivable for the city as well as payroll and human resource coordinator. Her experience extends to a vast knowledge of local and state, fire, health and safety codes, and ADA requirements. In addition, as an administrator she has extensive knowledge of human resource issues, tax reporting requirements and all required legal documentation. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. In addition to identifying and actively pursuing acquisition of quality multifamily investment properties, Wendy manages the daily business operations of the company, including financial planning and reporting, capital management, compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements, maintaining rent rolls and waiting lists. Further, Wendy is active in the property management aspect of the company ensuring quality tenant placement, retention and community relations.
